Private Transport – Arctic Moments

1. Scope of Service

These terms apply to all private transport services provided by Arctic Moments, including airport transfers between Harstad/Narvik Airport (Evenes – EVE) and Narvik, as well as other pre-booked routes and custom transport services.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Booking & Information

A booking is confirmed once full payment has been completed and confirmation has been issued.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Flight number (for airport pickups)
  • Arrival or departure time
  • Pickup and drop-off location
  • Number of passengers

Arctic Moments is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing information.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are stated per transfer unless otherwise specified.

4. Flight Monitoring & Delays

For airport pickups, incoming flights are monitored based on the provided flight number. In case of delays, pickup times will be adjusted when possible.

Availability cannot be guaranteed in cases of significant delays or last-minute changes.

5. Waiting Time

Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of waiting time after the actual landing time. All other pickups include up to 15 minutes after the agreed time.

If the passenger does not meet the driver within this timeframe, the booking may be considered a no-show and cancelled without refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued in the case of:

  • No-shows
  • Missed flights
  • Delays or changes in travel plans

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Luggage & Capacity

Transport is provided within vehicle capacity, typically up to 6 passengers unless otherwise agreed.

Standard luggage is included. Oversized items must be communicated in advance.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver, vehicle, and surroundings. The driver reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
